Known for his steady guidance, market knowledge, and trusted approach, he works comfortably across all price ranges and with those new to the area, having guided clients through more than $100 million in residential real estate transactions over the past three years.

Suzanne Bowers brings years of experience, a calm, client-focused approach, and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction. Having lived internationally in Asia and France, she offers clients a global perspective alongside strong local market knowledge. Suzanne currently enjoys working with clients in both Virginia and New York, guiding them with clarity and care throughout the process.

Lori Brannock brings decades of experience in real estate marketing, sales strategy, and client experience. She leads the firm’s brand and marketing direction, setting the tone for messaging and visual presentation.
